Contacting EADA

So you need to get in touch with someone in EADA with a burning question, but who? This list should provide the answer. Please remember that all the roles within EADA are done by volunteers in their spare time. Please only contact if it really is important, and remember that there may be a delay before you get a reply.

These questions may already have been answered if you look at the FAQ pages as indicated below, and of course make sure you have checked out the Duffer's guide section too as the answer may be found there.

Charts:
For questions relating to the scoring and recording of the EADA charts. Before contacting, please check out the frequently asked questions page as the answer may be there. There is also an item in the selection process which may answer your questions.

Chart feedback
If you wish to make a comment regarding chart events please send an email here.

Child Protection
If you have any issues or concerns regarding child protection, then this is the person to contact. All correspondence is treated as confidential.

Coaching
If you are interested in joining the coaching scheme, or you have a question that is not answered in the quick guide then this is your point of contact. If you just want the form you can download an application form here

Demonstrations
If you wish to inform EADA that you will be giving a demonstration, this is the person to contact. To see why it is so important to do this have a read of "demonstrations" in the about us bit, or the trusty old Duffers guide. also has some useful info

Drugs
Any issue relating to EADA's anti doping policy and anti doping procedures should be addressed here. Keep an eye on the duffers guide section as a new guide on anti doping will be out in the near future (once I've written it)

Membership
Again, have a look at the FAQ about membership just to be sure your question has not already been answered. If you just want the registration form go to the registration page.

Parent Rep
Pretty self explanatory really. This is the email address to get in touch with the Parent rep, so if you have a parenty type issue - this is the bod to get in touch with.

Publicity
If you have any news, stories etc that you would like to share with other EADA members, if you have articles for the web site or InMotion magazine, or if you know of ways that EADA may be able to help in the task of 'spreading the word' about dance, then this is the best point of contact

Secretary
This is probably the most contacted email address for EADA, so please ensure before contacting the secretary that your email would not be better suited to another contact. If ever you are given the advice "contact the EADA office" - (for example if you wish to start a disciplinary procedure) use this address.

Showcase
For info regarding the EADA showcase, see also "showcase" in the about EADA section

Training
For info relating to EADA training days

Travel
if you are going overseas to compete, this is the person to talk to. If you have been selected to represent England as a result of your chart position, this will be your point of contact. If you are going overseas to compete, it is important that you inform EADA before you make any plans.

Treasurer
This is not the person to contact regarding membership fees, do that via the membership secretary. This is the person who deals with the EADA accounts

University Liaison
Responsible for any issues regarding University dancers and the open circuit.

Webmaster
Again self explanatory really. Remember to start all correspondence "Oh Mighty Shogun"
