Training
EADA organises 'Squad Training' to help develop English dancers to be the best in the world.

Traditionally, EADA holds two full weekends of Squad Training courses at locations throughout the year. English couples,
from the top placing of the EADA charts, constitute the ‘squad’. They receive training in dancing and physical exercise together with help in planning their dietary requirements to enable them to produce their best performance.

Other one-day and regular (on-going) training sessions for our up-and-coming dancers are held in various parts of the country and, funds permitting, we are always looking to develop these.

All the training is to ensure our English dancers are provided with an opportunity to become the best in the world.
