Call for Ballroom dancers for TV show

We have been contacted regarding a major new BBC show .
And this is from the email they sent to us:

"Fever Media, the company making the show, is a new independent production company started by two of the best known names in the industry – Richard Hopkins and David Mortimer. Together they are responsible for some of the biggest hits on TV, from Strictly Come Dancing to Dragon’s Den, Louis Theroux to Fame Academy. Our brief website www.fevermedia.co.uk gives more of an idea of the work they have done and the exciting commissions we have coming up!

After Fever Media’s success with making Strictly Come Dancing for the BBC, we have been asked to make a new primetime entertainment show for the BBC. This new BBC1 Saturday night show is going to place variety and entertainment at the forefront. Our aim is get as many types of acts as possible on the show – not just traditional variety – anything that entertains! We have been advised that all acts for a Saturday audience must be of exceptional quality.

Part of the 'hook' that makes the show different is that really outstanding acts will be given a substantial sum of money not to spend on holidays & fast cars etc but to take their act further and launch themselves in the entertainment industry – a great opportunity.

We’re really interested in finding some young, talented and enthusiastic ballroom dancers for the show – 16 and unders only please! It could be a large group dancers or just couples.

In the first instance we’re looking for DVDs or footage of performers. We really need any material ASAP if you want top be considered since the deadlines at our end are very tight – they need to be with us by Monday 9th October. If you can get them in the post today or tomorrow that would be ideal. You can post to the address below or email to tom.joseph@fevermedia.co.uk.
"

If you are interested, send in the tapes asap. If you get on the show, it is important that you contact EADA for two reasons, first, this will protect your amateur status, and second - we get the chance to support you!
