Identity BBC game show

Here is the letter we had from the BBC. If you are interested in doing the show, drop me a line and I'll pass on the contact details to you.

"Hi Tracey
I'm contacting you concerning casting for a brand new BBC television programme that is currently in production, which I hope you will be able to help me out with.

The show is called Identity, and it’s an exciting game show where contestants have to use their powers of judgement, perception and instinct to match up 12 complete strangers with their secret identities to win a big cash prize.

Each contestant faces 12 strangers and a list of 12 identities. The game unfolds as the contestant picks an identity such as 'lawyer' or 'self made millionaire' and tries to match it with one of the 12 strangers to accumulate increasing amounts of money. If all 12 are matched up correctly, the player is rewarded with the top cash prize.

The identities range anywhere from an occupation, to an accomplishment or a claim to fame – the more interesting the better! And this is in fact the reason that I've contacted you – we are looking for a Ballroom Dancer to appear on the show as a stranger, so I was very much hoping that EADA may be able to help?

We already have a long list of strangers confirmed as wanting to appear on the show - from 'Barrister' to 'West End Star' - and as I say above, we are definitely looking to also include a Ballroom Dancer (preferably with a claim of some sort, such as '2007 Champion' etc…)

In terms of availability, our dates for filming are as follows and take place in Manchester:

Filming week one: Tuesday 10th - Sunday 15th July
Filming week two: Tuesday 23rd - Friday 26th July

(But of course to appear on one show would only require a few hours of an individual's time on one of the above dates).

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to speak further – my telephone number is listed below or alternately e-mail me back at this address.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could contact me as soon as possible to let me know your response.
Thanks very much in anticipation, I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Nicola.
