Online feedback

EADA has launched the an online feedback form for Chart rated events. The form can be found by going to the competitions page, and following the link found there.

Although the form is reasonably self explanitory, we have also provided a Duffers guide to filling in the form, which gives some extra details of how best to answer the questions provided.

The information gathered in these forms will be collated before the meeting of the charts committee and will be taken into account when making the selection for chart events next year. for more information on the charts, we also have a duffers guide to the charts as well.

If you have any questions about the form, please write to webmaster@eada.org.uk or visit the forum and I will do my best to answer them. Your questions can then be added to the duffers guide.

This form is NOT a complaint form, and if you have any issue regarding a competition that requires immediate action, then please get in touch with an EADA rep.
